Pricing

All Retreats are priced based off of the season and the amenities at each unique location! We offer early bird pricing on most retreats!

Payments

Retreats should never break the bank!

We offer payment plans that work best for you! Once you have found the retreat for you, we will create an invoice reflecting the chosen payment plan!

Cancelation Policy

More than 8 weeks away you will receive the difference between the amount you paid and the non-refundable $200 minimum deposit.

  • If you paid more than $200 for your deposit you will receive the difference of that back as well.

If cancellation is less than 8 weeks, the entire amount is non-refundable.

All Classes are offerings and you can take them or leave them! This goes for the timing of the practice as well. Practice times may vary depending on energy levels and time spent exploring!

Sunday: Arrival day! Get acclimated.

Mid Week:

8:00 morning flow and journal

11:00 Brunch Buffet

10:30 time for yourself/ excursions

16:30 discussion/class/workshop

18:00 dinner buffet

20:15 meditation with

For You

Each Inward Retreat is meant to bring you closer to yourself. Leaving lots of space for you to listen to what you really need. EVERYTHING is an offering. Anna and any other Inward Co-hosts are here to support you through the week.

Each Retreat Guest receives a welcome package that will encourage deeper reflection and connection through the week.

FAQs

Do I need to be a yogi?

There will be yoga classes daily. All the movement practices will be adaptable, playful, and supportive to wherever you are at that week.

Anna’s style is intuitive Hatha vinyasa that offers space for you to breathe and explore your practice.

How much time would we have to ourselves during the day?

As much as you would like! All of the activities and practices are optional and you will be able to unplug and reconnect to yourself.

Im nervous to go alone!

You may be surprised, most people do come alone! It is a great time to go inward and be with yourself as well as meet other individuals who feel the exact same way!

If you are flying out from the same airport as other guests we can connect you all so you have a friend on the flight!

What will the food accommodations be like?

We will send you a waiver to check any allergies and dietary restrictions before we head out to make sure your diet and health is supported!

Once I book… then what?

You will receive an email from us welcoming you to the chosen retreat! It will contain a waiver, packing list, other need to knows from there! After you book you will get updates as we get go along to make sure you have no lingering questions and that you feel ready to retreat.
